Rebel Heart currently has a **Full-time** opportunity for a **Field Supervisor **to join our team in **Edmonton, AB.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Begin all work at the assigned time and complete tasks in a safe, timely manner.
- Maintain communication and coordinate activities with the Operations team.
- Conduct incident/accident investigations and complete Incident Report Form and submit to the Safety Manager.
- Conduct written Job Hazard Analyses.
- Conduct driver/site inspections
- Ensure Drivers and Operators complete required records including: trip inspections, daily logs, FLHA’s and weekly servicing reports.
- Execute & maintain mentorship program
- Conduct continuous training with staff
- Coach & mentor staff through training and lead by example. Always teach best practices
- Operate equipment as required
- Work in shop as required
- Ensure Mentorship Program is fully implemented, including training/review of mentors and confirming end product is up to standard, that the system works to produce and maintain top-notch professional driver talent.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum - Grade 10 with equipment operating experience. Class 1A driver’s license with Supervisory experience.
- Preferred - Grade 12 with equipment operating experience. Class 1A driver’s license plus Standard First Aid, H2S, WHMIS, Leadership for Safety Excellence and Incident Investigation & Hazard Assessment tickets and computer skills/training.
- Experience in operation of water, vacuum, and gravel trucks.

**Experience**
- Minimum - Three years of Equipment Operating and Class 1A truck driving knowledge. Mechanical and electrical knowledge/repair skills.

**Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**
- Must be able to diagnose equipment problems
- Able to conduct incident and accident investigations.
- Conduct and document job hazard analysis.
- Ability to work with employees and management (peopleskills).
- Competent in working alone and at remote jobsites.
- Strong supervisory skills, above average interpersonal skills and effective training skills
- In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and statutes.
- Computer skills including MS Office.
- Must be comfortable & confident when representing Rebel Heart to clients & staff
- Strong communication skills. Ability to maintain constant communication with drivers and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
