**Job Type**: Full-time (40 hours/week)
**Compensation**: Based on experience
**Schedule**: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Management**: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments (e.g., displays, products, supplies).
- **Product Preparation & Packing**: Accurately pick, prepare, and pack displays and products for shipment, ensuring all orders meet quality and accuracy standards.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- **Inventory Control**: Perform regular inventory counts of displays, office supplies, and products, and report discrepancies to management.
- **Feedback & Process Improvement**: Provide valuable feedback on display assembly or shipment issues to improve processes and efficiency.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery of products and displays, and track shipments to resolve any delivery issues.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in warehouse operations, merchandising, or shipping is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail with the ability to catch errors and ensure accuracy.
- **Physical Ability**: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
- **Fast-Paced Environment**: Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in the **jewelry** or **fashion** industry.
- Previous experience in a **wholesale** company environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
