Omnichannel Inventory Analyst

He/She will analyze historical sales data to design optimal product assortments and manage end-of-season and transfer strategies to maximize gross margin and achieve clearance targets. She/He will lead preparations for major omnichannel events and coordinate with others departments to ensure cohesive in-store strategies. Additionally, he/she will coordinate new store assortments, optimize fulfillment and return hub strategies, and create reports to monitor performance and KPIs while adapting strategies to operational constraints. **Main Responsibilities**: - Monitor store and online inventory levels according to the B&M budget and ECOM demand, and suggest allocation and assortment adjustments to optimize inventory and minimize missed opportunities; - Analyze historical performance data to provide insights for developing effective assortment strategies; - Lead end-of-season strategies to support gross margin optimization and achieve clearance targets; - Prepare transfer and consolidation strategies to enhance gross margins and monitor running sales clearance inventory levels; - Work with Merchandising, planning and Visual team on in-store assortment and capsule strategies to maximize sales; - Coordinate the preparation for significant omnichannel events, such as Black Friday, Back-To-School, and Holiday, working with the allocation team and other departments; - Align with visual teams on consolidation, capsule, floorsets and event strategies in stores; - Prepare new store assortment and inventory level strategies in collaboration with the allocation team and other departments; - Monitor and help optimize fulfillment and return hub strategies, including tracking KPIs; - Assist in creating reports and tools to track results and KPIs; - Conducts store visits and follow up on action with the team and others departments; - Work with store operations and OMNI team to adapt the SFS strategy to daily operational constraints, such as labor, picking backlog, and significant events; - Top of Form; - Bottom of Form. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management or Administration; - Minimum of 5 years related experience in the Fashion Retail Industry; - Strong analytical skills Strong knowledge of Excel; - Strong customer service and communication skills both in French and English; - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment; - Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting; - Allocation experience is an asset; - Analytical; - Structured and organized; - Verbal communication; - Monitoring; - Ability to solve problems; - Innovation; - Delegation.
