**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough cleaning and abatement of hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead, and mold.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for demolition and restoration tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Prepare job sites by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring all materials are available.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after projects.
- Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to hazardous material handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
