**The Opportunity**
We are embarking on the next phase of our growth and as we continue to expand our business in different categories, we are looking to expand and strengthen our marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be a key contributor on our team as you assist with the sourcing and development of marketing assets alongside our graphics team, and support the execution of marketing initiatives across our social channels and more
**Responsibilities**
- Support the marketing team by keeping all marketing assets updated in coordination with the graphic designer
- Assist with the development of marketing assets for new product launches to support marketing and sales initiatives across multiple categories
- Assist with the development of newsletters, send newsletters to the appropriate contact lists, and keep our database updated and organized
- Plan and publish content calendars for our social media pages and websites
- Assist with the development of marketing content for our social media pages (social posts, stories, giveaways and more)
- Assist with the development of marketing content for our websites (banners, images, product descriptions and more)
- Keep Peak's internal sales and marketing tracking tool ClickUp updated
- Coordinate the delivery of samples, images and other marketing materials as required
**Qualifications**
- Background in Business and/or Marketing
- Knowledge of sports nutrition, supplements and/or health products (preferred)
- Experience coordinating the development of graphics and working with a graphic design team (preferred)
- Shown to perform well under pressure; handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong sense of responsibility and strong organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial attitude
