We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant who will play a crucial role in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to expand our national recruitment strategies, and to help us attract top talent to our growing team

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:_
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Create and edit marketing materials, such as:
- **Social Media Content**:

- Create and schedule daily content for our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages.
- Write creative and engaging captions for posts, reels, and stories.
- **Newsletter**:

- Collaborate with directors to gather photos and write articles for different newsletters.
- Write clear and compelling copy for newsletters on tight deadlines.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Assist in creating recruitment and marketing graphics for various teams using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Create pamphlets, flyers, and more for career fairs and in-person recruitment events.
- **Video Content**:

- Participate in creating short video content, including reels and Instagram/Facebook stories.
- Create recruitment videos relevant to each business unit.

**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Canva, MailChimp, and Adobe Suite is an asset.
