**Job description**:
**Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - Bring marketing strategies to life**

This is a hands-on role where you’ll create, coordinate, and track marketing initiatives that connect Pack-Smart’s technical expertise with real customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure messaging is consistent, measurable, and compelling—whether that’s a social media campaign, a customer demo, or a global product launch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, trade show promotions, sales enablement).
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to guide strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI.
- Work with engineering to extract technical data and with sales to build presentations, brochures, and demos.
- Participate in planning, promoting, and executing trade shows, demos, and internal events.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
- Leverage AI-driven tools for content creation, reporting, and workflow optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years in a marketing coordinator/specialist role, ideally in manufacturing, industrial automation, or packaging/containers.
- Bonus: Experience in software/SaaS, ERP, or B2B technology.
- Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM/marketing automation) and Odoo (ERP) is a strong plus.
- Experience with WordPress web infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong writer and excellent communicator, able to simplify technical content into engaging material.
- Skilled in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign reporting.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn while contributing independently.
- Willingness to travel to conventions and expos.

**Location**:
Pack-Smart Inc. is based in **Concord, Ontario**. A hub for advanced manufacturing with access to urban amenities, close to highway 400 and 407. There is free parking available on-site. Our facility is clean with great lighting, fostering innovation and collaboration
