In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing initiatives. Working collaboratively with FIGO’s Content Coordinator and Graphic designer, as well as the Northcott marketing team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Event Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute FIGO’s participation in virtual and in-person events such as trade shows, conventions, and product launches.
- Coordinate event logistics, including display planning, supplies and materials, team coordination, and related tasks.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designer to execute event marketing materials such as promotional materials and signage.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution and a positive attendee experience.
- Track event performance metrics and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements.

**Partnerships**:

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, organizations, and brands to amplify marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment with business objectives.
- Explore and pursue partnership opportunities for cross-promotion, joint events, and collaborations.
- Interact with audiences on social media with punctual and enthusiastic responses to comments and messages and engage with relevant content and channels.

**Content Marketing**:

- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing communications.
- Plan and coordinate online and event contests and prize fulfillment in collaboration with Content Coordinator.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and out-of-the-box marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
