**About Us**:
At Grid Communications, we specialize in creating bold and unconventional branding experiences. We're looking for a Contract Marketing Coordinator/Account Coordinator to join our team and help manage our ongoing projects/campaigns, create innovative ideas for monthly social media calendars, and maintain strong relationships with our clients, team, and content creators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of ongoing projects/campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Develop fresh and engaging content ideas for monthly social media calendars tailored to different client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, the internal team, and content creators to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in client communication and ensure expectations are met throughout project lifecycles.
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring new and creative ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or account coordinator role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing compelling content ideas.
- A team player who can also work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: $38,404.79-$45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
