Our restaurant, 1188789 B.C Ltd (dba. Sushi Mori Japanese Restaurant) located at Surrey, BC is currently looking for an experienced full time Restaurant Manager.

**1) Position**: Restaurant Manager
- Wage: $26.50/hour
- Type: Full time, Permanent
- Working hours: 30 hours/week
- Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year
- Position opens to Youth, Veterans, Older workers, Visible minorities, Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada

**2) Requirements**:

- 1 ~ 2 years relevant working experience
- Completion of High school
- Language at work: English
- Knowledge (or cooking experience) of Japanese culinary and operation of MS Word/Excel are asset

**3) Main job duties**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operation
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Address customer’s complaints or concerns
