**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Server to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The Head Server will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests by overseeing the service staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service, and facilitating smooth operations within the restaurant. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the food industry and a commitment to excellence in service.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the serving staff to ensure efficient and effective service during meal periods.
- Train new servers on menu offerings, food handling, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is required; experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.55-$25.77 per hour
