Job hours:
Sunday-Thursday shifts, most weeks, with some availability to cover friday/saturday as needed.

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the serving staff; including scheduling and handling tipout
- Train and mentor servers on service standards, menu items, and upselling techniques
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
- Operate POS system efficiently to process orders and payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in POS systems for order processing
- Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and cash reconciliation
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in cashiering and basic math calculations
- Exceptional time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase revenue
- Prior experience in guest services is required

Compensation:
18 per hour + tip pool and benefits after 6 months.

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
