Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Head Server to join our team. As a Head Server, you will oversee the dining experience, lead the serving staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate the serving staff during shifts
- Train new servers on restaurant procedures and policies
- Ensure smooth operation of the dining area
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting
- Proficiency in food handling, cash handling, and team management
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of servers
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Experience in interviewing and training new staff members
- Basic cooking knowledge is a plus
- Leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions

Pay: $17.20 per hour
