**Position Overview**:
As our 3D Visualization Project Manager, you'll dive into a fast-paced, detail-driven role at the intersection of architecture, interior design, 3D visualization and 3D PropTech. This position demands an individual who combines a high level of 3D visualization expertise with top-tier communication and organizational skills.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in the entire design process, from concept initiation to project completion.
- Review and integrate architectural and interior design details.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and project management teams to devise project solutions.
- Translate and convey design intentions while integrating marketing concepts.
- Present visualization plans and ideas to project teams.
- Oversee aspects of 3D production, including 3D model support, photo compositing, angle studies, space planning, and visual detailing.
- Select décor and furnishings to enhance visualizations.
- Contribute to team tasks and support as needed to ensure project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of professional 3D visualization experience.
- Proficiency in 3DS MAX, VRAY, Corona, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is an asset.
- Advanced skill set in Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with forest pack tools.
- Knowledge of VR/AR concepts and gamification.
- Degree or diploma from a recognized institution in Architecture or Graphic Design.
- Experience in low poly modelling.
- Exceptional communication and time management capabilities.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
