Position Overview:

We're seeking a 3D Unreal Engine Artist for a full-time or contract position at our Vancouver office. This is a great opportunity and ideal for someone with strong architectural modelling and scene staging capabilities. You'll be part of our creative project team, using our equipment on-site, and contributing to the execution of several high-impact real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Focus Areas:

  • Architectural and interior modeling based on CAD/plan sets
  • Scene assembly and staging in Unreal Engine 5.x
  • Asset preparation and model adjustments based on QC and project needs
  • Collaborate with creative leads and production team for project execution

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of real-time 3D environments and walkthroughs
  • Set up materials, lighting, and optimize scenes for performance
  • Participate in reviews and apply feedback efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of visual quality and realism in all outputs

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in 3D visualization, ideally with Unreal Engine
  • Proficient in 3DS Max, Blender, or Maya
  • Strong understanding of real-time rendering, material creation, and lighting
  • Excellent eye for detail and spatial design
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiarity with VR/AR or interactive experiences is a plus

Employment Details:

  • Full-Time, Fixed-Term
  • In-Office Only (Downtown Vancouver)
  • Start Date: ASAP
