As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in producing technology solutions, customized digital assets, including photography, video, and 3D assets. These assets are highly regarded by the industry and are a key component of our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing projects, focusing on schedules, time tracking, and task management.
- Client and Team Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
- Budget Management and Reporting: Diligently manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to ensure profitability and adherence to financial objectives.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Ensure meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of project execution, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Goal Alignment and Profitability: Align project goals with company objectives, focusing on achieving profitability while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with various departments, coordinating efforts and ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.

Qualifications:

- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings
- Brand development and campaign planning experience
- Ability to research, organize and implement effective marketing strategies
- Articulate design intent and goals
- Job estimating and scoping experience
- Organized, process-driven, punctual, and timely
- Knowledgeable in branding and design processes, resource allocation, budget management, and proposal/estimate preparation
- Excellent project setup and management skills via our project management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fast computer operating system manoeuvrability (Mac/PC)
- Knowledge of Adobe products such as InDesign and Photoshop is preferred
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to align with the vision and goals at all times.
