At Epic Inspired, we are seeking a driven and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing 3DX division — our proprietary 3D visualization platform designed for pre-construction real estate sales.

This is a specialized role that blends traditional project management excellence with the exciting world of 3D visualization, digital innovation, and real estate marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of 3DX and 3D visualization projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with 3D artists, developers, designers, and marketing teams to keep projects running smoothly.

Client Communication: Serve as the key point of contact between Epic Inspired and our clients; translate client needs into clear internal action plans.

Scope, Timeline, and Budget Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with meticulous attention to detail.

Quality Assurance: Review deliverables at various stages for quality, consistency, and adherence to 3DX standards.

Problem Solving and Risk Management: Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

Technology Adoption: Work within Epic's project management and content creation tech stack (training provided) and support adoption of new tools and workflows as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**

4-7 years experience in Project Management, preferably within a creative, tech, visualization, or digital production environment.

Exposure to 3D visualization, architecture, gaming, digital marketing, or interactive media industries (strong asset).

Familiarity with 3D production workflows (optional but advantageous).

Strong understanding of project scoping, task planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics and quality control.

Confident communicator, able to translate technical or visual concepts to clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management platforms.

Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
