Delta, Canada UNO Foods Inc. Full time

For over 30 years, UNO FOODS INC. has been a leading importer and distributor of Asian food products to the grocery, convenience store, and food service industries. We are looking for a self-starting, detail oriented individual who excels in customer service and is driven to succeed to join us as a part of our Office Clerk/ Customer Service Team. In this role, you will be supporting the sales and administration of our daily operations by corresponding with customers, vendors and suppliers, and performing other related functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices via Sage300.
- Provide high level of customer service
- Accounts receivables and credit processing
- Customer payment processing and reconciliation
- Supplier and vendor PO processing
- Weekly and month end reporting
- Liaise with customers, warehouse and CSR team
- Reception, filing

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), Sage300.
- Ability to effectively communicate (write, read and speak), in English.
- Language Skills: Must speak Tagalog, Mandarin and/or Cantonese

**Compensation**:

- Wage range: $19.00-$22.00/hr
- Extended medical and dental benefits after a qualifying period.
- Employee product discounts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Tagalog, Cantonese or Mandarin (required)
