**AP/AR/Payroll Clerk**

**About the Job/Responsibilities**:

- Data entry, and Junior accounting tasks such as A/P, A/R, and Payroll
- Support administrative workload as required filing, front desk switchboard, boardroom bookings
- Update spreadsheets and employee contact information
- Assist in reception coverage and admin support for efficient office operations on an Ad Hoc basis

**About You/Requirements**:

- 2+ years similar experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be a team player that is flexible and dynamic
- Be reliable, friendly, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to take direction and achieve deadlines
- Good general computer skills with an intermediate or better in MS Excel
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
