Office Clerk

For over 25 years, UNO Foods Inc has been a leading food wholesaler & distributor to the Asian grocery and food service industry. We are looking for an energetic, responsible team player to join our team on a full time basis as an Office Clerk - Quality Assurance. This is a Full-time, permanent position working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8hr shift between 7AM to 5PM with a flexible start time.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Office and clerical duties
- Handle inbound documents
- Assist with inbound logistics, track and update status of inbound inventory
- Receive, QC, and accept incoming products
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to the quality control of packaged food products
- Maintain quality control documents and logs, including taking photos.
- Audit all receipt/issue paperwork for accuracy and completeness, including lot number, description, and quantity.
- Provide administrative support to Supply Chain team and Manager
**Key qualifications**:
- College or university education an asset
- 1+ years of QC experience is an asset
- Strong data collection and analytical skills
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail for quality inspection tasks
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Willingness to learn.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
