Position Overview:
As a Client Service Consultant at Preventous Collaborative Health, your primary role is to deliver exceptional patient engagement through personalized service, proactive communication, and operational support. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective and current members, you serve as a key ambassador for our clinic’s values—ensuring that every client feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Consultation
- Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective patients to introduce Preventous services and assess suitability.
- Serve as the initial and primary contact for new inquiries and membership discussions.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately to help patients understand available services, pricing structures, and expectations.

Feedback & Retention
- Handle client concerns and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical/administrative team to resolve issues and follow through on solutions.
- Track and monitor patient satisfaction, follow up with those who choose not to renew, and identify opportunities to enhance retention.

Reporting & Analysis
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly reports including:

- Total clinic and provider-specific patient volumes
- Age and demographic breakdowns
- Referral sources for consultations and sign-ups
- Attrition and renewal trends
- Present findings at medical management meetings to help guide operational decisions.

Administrative & Billing Support
- Assist with membership onboarding tasks, including processing deposits and issuing receipts.
- Maintain accurate records and support membership billing queries when needed.

Operational Support
- Contribute to the development of internal protocols, agreements, and communication templates (e.g., waitlist deposit terms, cancellation forms).
- Collaborate on internal projects that enhance workflow, communication, and member experience.
- Assist in transition communication when providers leave or roles change to ensure continuity of care.

Marketing & Communications
- Support the development and review of clinic communications including newsletters, e-blasts, and event content.
- Help coordinate external events and represent the clinic in collaboration with Preventous Cosmetic and XONE divisions.

Skills & Attributes:

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism when handling sensitive concerns
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in reporting and data interpretation
- Adaptability and willingness to support evolving clinic needs

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
