**Position Client Services Representative Hybrid Role Sales Focused**
Barry Enterprises Protection and Security Services is expanding and we are seeking a results driven Client Services Representative with a strong sales mindset. This role is built for someone who can generate revenue, close business, and grow accounts while maintaining professional client relationships and on site field presence.
This is a hybrid position combining client services, direct sales, business development, and agent level representation. You will be accountable not only for client satisfaction but for driving new contracts, expanding existing accounts, and contributing measurable revenue to the company.
**Sales and Revenue Responsibilities**
Actively prospect, qualify, and close new clients
Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline with defined targets
Drive business development initiatives across retail, events, commercial, and corporate clients
Represent Barry Enterprises in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and service agreements
Track opportunities and report sales activity and results to leadership
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
**Client Services and Field Responsibilities**
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Maintain strong relationships through regular communication and site visits
Conduct client check ins, service reviews, and performance follow ups
Support scheduling, deployment, and on site coordination when required
Provide agent level field support when necessary to reinforce standards and coverage
Represent the company professionally at events, sites, and activations
**Marketing and Brand Support**
Assist with social media content capture focused on operations, events, and brand visibility
Support marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and brand awareness
Ensure all messaging aligns with Barry Enterprises brand standards
**Qualifications**
Proven experience in sales, business development, or revenue generating roles
Strong closing ability with confidence discussing pricing and value
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand in the field
Self motivated with strong time management and accountability
Comfortable working independently and in dynamic environments
Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
