**You as an Enterprise Tech Desk Specialist will**:
- Act as a central point of contact for users, accept correspondence and process information / requests related to EllisDon products, services, and facilities.
- Following ITIL principles, maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date records of all correspondence regarding user requests in the ticket system and follow up with users at the conclusion of the Service Delivery opportunity to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor tickets to ensure service level objectives are being met, and identify common problems needing management attention. You regularly review outstanding tickets assigned to other departments or returned to the Enterprise Tech Desk for action.
**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of previous Service Desk support and/or customer service experience with a passion for, and demonstrated track record of providing outstanding IT Service Delivery.
- You have general knowledge of hardware and software components, including Lenovo desktops & Laptops as well as experience working with iOS and Android devices.
- You are proficient with Active Directory User Administration and supporting users with Office 365 including OneDrive and Sharepoint
- You have a strong knowledge of ITIL, and have achieved the ITIL Foundations certification.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) particularly good command of the English language.
