Trimming, Harvesting, and Packaging - Current College/University Students Encouraged to Apply

Green Team Solutions is looking for high-quality and experienced trimmers to ensure a successful harvest for our clients. Trimmers play a fundamental role in the quality control of the buds. They are the eyes and hands of the team. That is why we feel it is important to offer professional and efficient services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with harvesting, post-harvest production, and packaging in an efficient manner
- Capable of keeping accurate documentation and records for all harvesting and trimming activities and record in database
- Conduct post-harvest cleanup and room sanitation according to Standard Operating Procedures, and Health Canada Cannabis Regulations
- Successfully pass an entry-level exam regarding Health Canada Regulations and Good Production Practices
- Participate in regular plant inspections for signs of mold and pests
- Punctuality is a must
- Report to Team Leads any issues that arise, particularly for issues of quality control

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Team Spirit
- Knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and strains, and a willingness to learn more
- Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and Health Canada Regulations
- Understanding of cultivation and harvesting practices
- Manual dexterity and motor coordination; good eye-hand coordination
- Proficient and accurate documentation and record-keeping ability
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Energy and intention to your role

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

- 1 year experience of harvest and post-harvest production
- WHMIS certification preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB (T3E): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
