**General Function**

**Essential Duties**
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with various departments including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to forecast material needs and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Communicate with each team regarding production timelines, potential delays, and resource requirements.
- Prepare reports on production performance metrics to support decision-making processes.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proven experience in production scheduling or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to vaticinate potential issues in the supply chain.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- Manufacturing Setting.
- Employee’s are required to wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment
- Work safely at all times and adhere to all Plant rules and regulations as they pertain to safety
- Understand all Standard Operating Procedures

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
- Additional time as required may include overtime
