Allsteel Fabrication is currently looking for a site foreman. We are a growing metal fabrication company located in Kitchener, Ontario. We build custom steel structures of varying degrees of complexity. We work with different types of metals and produce very interesting products. We are looking to hire a skilled and motivated individual. This role involves working for the site manager and other project managers within the company. The day to day is driving to site and managing/working with other employees, at our various projects across southwestern ontario and into the GTA. Most of our projects are only a day to a few days onsite. Our larger projects are longer durations, but spread out over a period of time. We have many inhouse resources, to assist the day to day execution of the site work required. We work on lots of different types of jobs and do not seem to do the same thing twice, lots of variation within our work. We work continually through all seasons without layoffs. Our pay structure for this role looks something like this: - 44 to 60-hour weeks, Employees are paid from the time they leave our facility until the time they arrive back to our facility, in our vehicles. (this results in $80,000 to $100,000+ pay, depending on amount of overtime worked) - Bonus pay is performance based - benefits plan - cell phone - company vehicle Benefits or perks of this job: - We have run 4-day work weeks with success for this position (longer hour days to make a full week in 4 days) - 5th day available if desired (more overtime) - Lots of hours - no weekend work - no "off" shift work, day shift only **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $34.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Vision care Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends - Overtime Work Location: In person
