**About the Role**
As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with our Sales and Events team to manage client relationships, coordinate event details, and ensure flawless execution. From weddings to corporate events, your expertise will help deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand event needs and requirements.
- Assist the Sales team with proposals, contracts, and event follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all event details are executed seamlessly.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service.
- Support lead generation, booking inquiries, and client consultations.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling and event file management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in the events, hospitality, or sales industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- A passion for events and creating exceptional client experiences.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
