**Who We Are Looking For**
We are looking for an organized individual to join the USANA sales team as the sales coordinator-Chinese speaking. In this position, you will Facilitate the growth and success of USANA by fostering strong connections with our Associate sales team and distributor network, working together to strategize and meet sales and service objectives.

**What You Will Do as USANA’s Sales Coordinator-Chinese Speaking**
- Communicate daily with key market builders, make recognition calls, interact on social media, and maintain a close relationship with distributors
- Develop and deliver training programs for new company initiatives, actively promoting leadership development and recognition
- Maintain social media platforms and post events, incentives, and promos as required
- Work with distributors to identify and address their specific needs
- Plan, Coordinate and assist in conceptualizing, structuring, and planning events
- Work with the Creative Services team to oversee, edit and approve home office marketing and messaging tools
- Work with the Compliance team to identify unethical or illegal business practices; handle situations professionally and ethically; Act as a liaison between the Compliance team and field

**Background and Skills You Will Need**
- Proficiently communicate in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of work experience in a related field required (experience in direct sales preferred)
- Strong public speaking skills required
- Weekend and weeknight availability essential
