**Job Summary**:
Join our team as a Sales and Digital Marketing Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in both driving sales and managing our digital marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities, upselling through various channels, and building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, you'll oversee social media accounts and newsletters, ensuring consistent engagement with captivating content and utilizing strong video editing skills, to enhance our digital presence. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**:

- Handle photography and editing for customer product information and staff training purposes.
- Create resources to address commonly asked customer questions based on input from the sales department.
- Manage and handle social media, networking, client newsletters, and the company blog, ensuring consistent engagement and generating posting ideas.
- Assist in developing and editing written materials for the website, blog, and newsletters, and create videos and images for digital platforms.
- Review incoming communications daily, organize, prioritize, and ensure prompt action is taken.
- Monitor platforms continuously to drive sales through interactions with potential and existing clientele, offering engagement and customer service.Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and in-person interactions, focusing on satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Address customer inquiries about Elite Trimworks Corp products, rates, and services with a personalized touch, offering effective solutions across all channels.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and additional sales by communicating product features, benefits, and return policies effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships and partnerships to establish Elite Trimworks Corp as the top-choice supplier.
- Manage purchase orders, paperwork, and transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Keep customers informed about order status to enhance their experience.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various methods to contribute to the growth of Elite Trimworks Corp customer base.
- Oversee the sales process from project management to issue resolution, providing comprehensive customer service and support.

**Nature and Scope**:

- Applies established processes guided by clear rules, past practices, or provided instructions, consulting a supervisor for advice on non-routine matters. Supervisor approval is sought for any deviations from standard procedures.
- Works under close supervision with limited latitude and independent judgment. Output undergoes detailed checks by a senior coworker and/or supervisor.

**Pay Structure**:

- Starting at $22.00 hourly, after probationary period $23.00 hourly and in one year-$24.00 hourly. Commission/ bonus programs over & above, thereafter, our annual cost of living raises will apply.

**Work Environment**:

- Comfortable indoor setting with infrequent and non-objectionable unpleasant conditions.
- The physical and psychological well-being of team members is strongly encouraged.

**Schedule (BI-WEEKLY)**:
**Week 1- Monday
- Friday**:9:00 AM-6:00 PM

**Week 2**:

- **Monday**: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, **Tuesday**: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, **Wednesday**:OFF, **Thursday**:9:00 AM- 7:00 PM, **Friday**: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM, **Saturday**: 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM

**Education and Experience**:

- Strong preference for a high school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year as a social media coordinator is required
