**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, and project plans to effectively guide the construction process.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Manage budgeting for projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety and efficiency on the job site.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
- Ability to read and understand complex blueprints is required.
- Experience with quality control processes in construction environments is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients.
