**Qualifications**:

- Ability to relate well with co-workers, supervisors, other employees, customers and the general public while providing leadership and work direction to subordinates.
- Ability to understand site layouts and construction drawings
- Landscape / Construction industry experience and safety regulations
- Must be in good physical shape with ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must have valid G licence and a clean drivers abstract

**Our expectations**:

- 3 years of experience in the landscape/construction industry preferred
- Background in a wide variety of hard and soft landscaping (grading, planting, mulching, sodding, stone work, retaining walls, patios, driveways, pools, outdoor kitchens, etc.)
- Ability to operate: landscaping equipment, saws, skid steer, mini excavator, plate tamper, various hand tools
- Conduct onsite job training and orientations for new employees
- Work approx. 50 hrs/week, in a variety of weather conditions
