Prairie North Construction is recruiting for the role of Finish Grader Operator. **Details**: This position is based in the AB area **Duties**: This position will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to: - Operate Grader as it applies to road building, haul road maintenance, ditching, sloping, support clean-up in excavations and embankments, scarifying, ripping etc. along with the ability to read grade stakes. - Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner. - Carry out minor maintenance and inspection for equipment and reporting any deficiencies. - Capable of operating both "H' and "M' series Graders with GPS control. - Ability to work as a team and take direction. - Perform other related duties as required. **Qualifications**: - Possess 2+ experience. - Must pass a competency test on specified equipment. - Experience with finish grade operations is highly valued - Experience operating different heavy equipment is considered an asset. - Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.
