We are looking for experienced Finish Grader Operators to work seasonally in a full-time capacity with the potential of becoming a year

**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible for the following:

- Safe operation of equipment such as finish graders and other base equipment;
- Working with mínimal supervision;
- Performing daily safety and maintenance checks;
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- You are required to possess a minimum 2 years of experience in operation of finish graders and related equipment;
- You must possess knowledge of the safe operation of equipment and municipal road building industry;
- You are required to demonstrate the ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time and work in varying weather conditions;
- You must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license or above with a clean drivers abstract;
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to follow directions are required;
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is highly desirable;
- You are required to demonstrate a willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends;
- Valid safety certifications are required.

**Additional Information**:

- This has the potential to be a year-round position;
- This position is eligible for over-time;
- Some travel outside of Edmonton may be required;
- Training will be provided for various activities;
- We offer excellent wages and benefit eligibility after 3 of continuous months of service with the company;
