**Position Overview**: As a Finish Grader, you will operate a self-propelled motor grader with precision and skill, meeting our company's production goals and working within specified tolerances. If you're passionate about construction and safety, we want to hear from you

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience Counts**: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of grader operating experience with a strong focus on finishing roads and stabilization.
- **Versatility**: Ability to work efficiently in highly congested areas and perform heavy-intensive tasks as required.
- **Team Player**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with co-workers and take direction when needed.
- **Physical Capability**: Must be physically able to perform all necessary actions related to equipment operation.
- **Safety Commitment**: Willingness to meet and adhere to all safety policies, including pre-employment drug, alcohol, and medical testing.
- **Union Membership**: Maintain an active membership with the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE), Local 955.
- **Valid Driver’s License**: A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $34.22 per hour
