OTT Financial Inc. is seeking a highly competent and experienced Vice President-Human Resources to lead and oversee the company’s Human Resources function.

**Duties**:
Reporting directly to the CEO of the company, the Vice President-Human Resources has the following responsibilities:

- Developing, implementing, and managing human resources strategies and policies concerning hiring and succession planning to support the company’s overall objectives;
- Hiring, guiding and evaluating Human Resources executive managers;
- Overseeing the company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes;
- Designing and monitoring employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs;
- Liaison across the company to ensure the workforce remains engaged and productive;
- Creating and monitoring training and mentoring programs for employees’ professional development;
- Preparing reports and recommendations for the CEO using business metrics and KPIs;
- Recommending new and improved measures for performance evaluations; and
- Managing employee and labour relations, ensuring compliance of labour laws.

**Qualifications required**:

- At least seven years of senior HR leadership experience is required;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
- In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to mediate, negotiate and arrive at equitable solutions;
- Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy;
- Excellent organization and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $175,000.00 per year
