Vice President of Operations

H & H Insulation is recognized as one of the most trusted names in insulation industry. Proud to be 100% Canadian-owned and operated, we offer high quality services in thermal and acoustic insulation on both residential homes and commercial buildings in Metro Vancouver and surrounding area. As the business continually expands, we are looking for a full time Vice President of Operations to oversee all aspects of the operation.
Qualification:
- Degree or diploma in business, administration, human resource or related is required.
- At least three years of supervisory experience in business operation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team as well as leading a team
- Ability to work on tight deadlines with high integrity
- excellent problem-solving skills
- exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Job Duties:
- Work with the President to set and drive the organizational vision, mission and corporate strategy
- Develop actionable business strategies in alignment with quarterly and annual company objectives
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities and resources (time, money, equipment, etc.)
- Advise management of developments that could affect project profit, schedule, costs, client relations.
- Visit sites for pending projects and evaluates site conditions and extraordinary requirements.
- Manage the scope of work, the scheduling of subcontractors and the staffing required.
- Hire, train and monitor middle managers to implement and refine company policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and enforcement of safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Represent the company in negotiations and promotional events.
Work Location: #601-160 West 3rd Street, North Vancouver. B.C V7M 0A9
Wage: $55.00/hour
Working Hours: 30 hours/week
