Second Nature Dental Innovations serves Dentists throughout Canada including Toronto, Sudbury, Windsor, Montreal, Halifax, Calgary, Winnipeg, Edmonton and Vancouver.
**Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Territory Manager to enhance growth and customer satisfaction within the ON dental market. This role is integral to building strong client relationships, facilitating impactful continuing education events, and delivering exceptional support.
This position will be responsible for driving growth and customer satisfaction within the ON dental market through client relationships, continuing education events, and support and follow-up. The Territory Manager will manage leads and sales through multiple channels and work closely with marketing to support the development and promotion of products, providing input based on market feedback. Additionally, they will collaborate with the internal laboratory management team to build strong relationships with existing and new clients and ensure educational programs are relevant to the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Development**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to deeply understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.
- **Lead and Sales Management**: Manage leads and sales through various channels, ensuring effective follow-up and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with the laboratory team and the marketing team to provide valuable insights and feedback on product development and promotional strategies, aligning them with market demands.
- **Educational Program Coordination**: Collaborate with the internal laboratory management team to design and implement educational programs that are relevant and beneficial to the market.
- **Market Insight and Analysis**: Continuously monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic initiatives.
- **Event Organization**: Plan and facilitate continuing education events that enrich client knowledge and promote our product offerings.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Analyze assigned territory to identify targets within their areas of responsibility.
- Leverage leads generated by CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and other channels.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory sales plan to increase business.
- Create awareness of laboratory services to new customers.
- Support the execution of all marketing launches and new product sales objectives.
- Participate in regional and national trade shows, in addition to lab sponsored CE.
- Maintain proper channels of communication between customers and the laboratory.
- Complete required reports concerning customer-related activities, interaction, growth and relevant updates.
- Self-educate, maintaining awareness of territory market conditions, competitive pricing, service levels and customer attitudes.
Continuing Education & Events:
- Support event set up, as necessary.
- Lead follow up post event.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working in the dental industry.
- 3+ years of related sales experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and related Customer Service databases.
- Proven experience in a sales related management role.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experienced with a high comfort level presenting to large audiences.
- Ability to think strategically and to lead.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking experience.
- Ability to travel.
- Valid Driver’s license
