At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Territory Account Manager for Toronto, Ontario, to join our dynamic team.

**The Territory Account Manager will**:
- Creating, building and nurturing long-term relationships between assigned accounts and colleagues within the company
- Achieve quotas while ensuring client engagement and satisfaction
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
- Managing communications between customers and internal teams, liaise with cross-functional internal teams to achieve the desired customer experience
- Developing and sustaining a thorough understanding of account needs as change occurs
- Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing timelines of performance
- Preparing and presenting reports on account objectives and progress on a timely basis to share with team members and stakeholders
- Analyzing client data to fine-tune and provide excellent client relationship management
- Forecast and track account metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Employing a consultative sales approach
**To be successful, you should have**:
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Experience with successfully nurturing long-term client relationships
- Active listening skills
- Negotiation skills
- Tactical thinking skills and abilities
- Excellent time management
- Account Management Experience (3+ years)
- Business acumen, specially in the retail space
- Experience in a competitive product category/market
