Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, The primary function of this position is to provide customers with exceptional customer service with respect to taking and entering orders in a timely manner, troubleshooting any issues that may occur and ensure that all documentation is accurate and follow up is completed with respect to the Canadian DSD and PO based business.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support Shopify / E-commerce fulfillment and shipping coordination.
- Create/Maintain standing orders and input modifications for Canadian DSD business on an ongoing basis.
- Manage and complete the order process from start to finish including but not limited to order verification and confirmations for the Canadian Ozery DSD and PO based business on an ongoing basis and US customers when required.
- Provide front desk/reception support and manage telephone system and call processing when required.
- Support the Ozery DSD system and complete specific tasks as they relate to the DSD business including but not limited to preparation of Distributor mailings and complete/ upload daily order summaries and forms.
- Understand and resolve customer needs (including Distributors) and/or issues such as short ships, product complaints etc in a timely manner with proper follow up and documentation in consultation with the Customer Service Manager or Director of Sales.
- Complete various other administrative tasks, paperwork and documentation as required such as running reports in Excel or Navision.
- Customer Service operates 5 days a week and rotating schedules will allow the department to operate the required hours from 8am to 7pm.
- Provide backup relief for other CSRs while on vacation.
- Other duties as may be assigned
- Shared commitment to the development and continuing improvement of a positive food safety and quality culture

Skills and Experience:

- Completion of High School Diploma, and/or College Diploma
- 2-3 years relevant customer service experience
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Exceptional data entry skills are required; Accuracy is key
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to handle all types of customer issues and confrontations while maintaining Ozery standard of professionalism and positivity
- Self-starter who is a quick learner, detail-oriented, organized, patient, and courteous
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Knowledge of the food industry is an asset
- Team player who is cooperative, flexible and strives to go above and beyond
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
