Treatment Coordinator/front Desk Support

Main responsibilities of the position will include:
- Patient Relations - Greeting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, make them feel comfortable and at ease as they arrive for their appointments.
- Scheduling - Manage appointment bookings to ensure a smooth and organized flow of patients, making the best use of our dental team's time.
- Treatment Coordination - Educating patients about their treatment options. Help them understand treatment plans, and assist with financial arrangements and insurance claims.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing patient records, and coordinating with insurance providers.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our dedicated dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience from beginning to end of their appointments
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a Dental Office is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage appointment schedules and administrative tasks effectively
- Experience with dental software and computer skills is an asset
**Hours Include**:
- Monday to Friday with one evening a week - no weekends
- Wage - Based on Experience - TBD
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
