Field Sales and Marketing Representative

Integrated Solutions is a proud dealer for Xplore Internet, providing reliable Internet solutions across Canada. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team, focusing on the Edmonton region.
**Your Role**
This is a full-time employee position where you will engage directly with customers to promote our high-speed internet services. Based in the Edmonton region, you will represent Integrated Solutions as you build relationships with potential customers through door-to-door interactions, provide solutions tailored to their needs, and help expand our reach.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, convert them into sales, and contribute to our overall growth. You will work closely with the National Sales and Marketing Manager and other team members to achieve shared goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to residential customers in your assigned territory.
- Present pricing, packages, and promotional offers clearly and persuasively.
- Build a strong understanding of our products and services to meet customer needs effectively.
- Generate leads, close sales, and document all activities in CRM tools.
- Report customer feedback and market insights to the National Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Represent Integrated Solutions with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
**Applicable Skills and Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (telecommunications experience is an asset).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with technology.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
