**About the Role**:
As an Aventura Filed Manager, you will be accountable for sales associates' day-to-day management and coaching in selling energy products and services. In addition, you are responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by achieving targets and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience both personally and by your team.

**Job Duties/Accountabilities**:
As Field Manager, you will be accountable for the following functions:

- Managing a team of sales representatives
- Supporting sales reps in-field through coaching, motivation and performance management
- Identifying and deploying strategic sales tactics
- Meeting regional sales and revenue targets
- Developing future leaders
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution across the whole program
- Ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are consistently met

**Critical Qualifications/Competencies**:

- Experience leading a sales team
- 1+ years of experience working in corporate training, events, marketing, or relevant field
- Inspirational and creative sales leader that possesses experience driving aggressive results
- Customer-centric attitude
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Ability to perform with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- You have great attention to detail, are incredibly driven and hungry to learn

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
