The Position

We're hiring a Sales Representative to join our Edmonton operation. In this full-time role, you'll work directly with consumers at promotional venues throughout the city, building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and supporting the sales process from introduction to completion.

This position offers real-world sales training and the chance to develop professional skills that translate across industries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador at retail locations and promotional venues across Edmonton
  • Engage shoppers in conversations about products and services relevant to their needs
  • Provide detailed information and answer questions to help customers make confident decisions
  • Support customers through the sign-up or purchase process
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily interactions and outcomes
  • Contribute to team goals through collaboration and shared accountability
  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to refine your approach and expand product knowledge

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (retail, restaurants, events) is valued but not required
  • Comfortable adapting to different venue settings, including outdoor environments
  • Energized by fast-paced, interactive work environments
  • Dependable with a growth mindset
  • Full-time availability, entry-level opening
