As an **HR Coordinator**, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's human resources functions. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services and support to employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **1. Recruitment and Selection**:_
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- **2. Employee Relations**_:

- Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in response to employee issues or complaints.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- **3. Performance Management**:_
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and professional development opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management tools and processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- HR Diploma
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or Assistant or in a similar HR role in a high hazard work industry or manufacturing operation.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
