Key Responsibilities: *

The focus of the HR Coordinator role will be to:

- Perform the full cycle recruitment process for various clients, including but not limited to, the following:

- Drafting job descriptions and postings
- Screening resumes
- Participating in interviews with various hiring managers
- Reference checks
- Drafting offer letters
- Onboarding support
- Provide administrative support for both our internal team and clients
- Assist in the creation of client policies, handbooks, and other documents utilizing our internal template library, as required (examples include employee verification letters, overtime agreements, time and leave policies, professional development programs, etc.)
- Work on additional projects to gain experience in other areas of HR under the mentorship of our team of HR professionals (examples include compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, etc.)
- Other HR administrative tasks, as required

The person we are looking for is an energetic individual that possesses the following:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Phenomenal attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to give and receive feedback
- Strong ability to learn new technology and systems

**The Minimum Qualifications**
- Human Resources Management education (Certificate, Diploma, or a Bachelor of Commerce Degree)
- CPHR designation would be considered an asset
- Prior Recruitment and/or HR experience would be considered an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365

**Next Steps**

This is a full-time position that requires 37.5 hours of work, Monday through Friday.
