The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all verticals of the business including receiving operations, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, wholesale fulfillment, cross-facility transfers, and outbound shipping. Hiring, coaching and developing an effective team of associates is an integral part of this role. You will be required to manage day-to-day warehouse operations within your facility as required to meet SLAs and achieve KPIs.

**Essential Functions**
- Inventory Management: track and monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, ensure all pick bays are replenished with adequate stock
- Warehouse Management: Ensure efficient warehouse operations, ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Team Management & Reporting: direct warehouse budgets, implement and improve standard operating procedures (warehouse safety protocols, receiving, order picking, and customer service), ensure warehouse productivity and report on staff KPIs, maintain all warehouse records (shipping activities, documenting safety inspections, guidelines, and changes in procedures), lead staff training & develop internal resources
- Receiving: ensure inbound shipments are received within 24 hours along with complete documentation and system records, coordinate stock transfers from various locations, process returns as they arrive
- WMS Manager: ensure accurate product records and kitting, creating new locations (ensuring they’re properly labelled), all items are scannable within the WMS, and ensure all orders are picked using the system
- Quality Assurance: inspect goods during the picking, packing, shipping and receiving process to ensure all outbound packages are in good presentable condition, ensure warehouse team adheres to industry standards and laws

**Qualifications**

Must haves:
3 years of warehouse operations experience

Experience directly managing and coaching a team

Forklift certification

Organized and detail-oriented mindset

Willingness to work hard and get your hands dirty at a fast-growing start-up

Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

Ability to work efficiently under strict timelines, while ensuring accuracy

Comfortability in a physically demanding role including standing for long periods of time, repetitive tasks/movements and lifting heavy objects up to 100 lbs

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and take on numerous initiatives at once

Assets:
Prior experience and knowledge in the fitness industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
