**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to attract top talent while effectively communicating our company’s values and opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in training & development activities to enhance your skills in recruiting and human resources.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an HR environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or Salesforce for managing employee data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Knowledge of employee relations principles and practices is a plus.
