**About the Team & Business Line**:
As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.

**Your Role**:
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion
- Manage project lifecycle including scoping, analysis, development, and implementation
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Manage Sprints and Working Group meetings for all assigned projects
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Build and manage high-performing development teams
- Resource planning and allocation
- Staff coaching and career development

Process & Strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new initiatives
- Review and approve solution designs and documentation
- Oversee business requirements and user stories
- Maintain project reporting for senior management
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Conduct risk analysis and reporting
- Support weekend releases, as required
- Align with industry standards/best practices with vendors

This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. You'll report to the VP of Platform Transformation and work closely with both technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for CitcoRecs.

**About You**:
Seasoned financial services professional with 5+ years of experience, demonstrating expertise in reconciliation processes and project management, specializing in process optimization and team leadership.

Core Qualifications
- Financial reconciliation expert with comprehensive knowledge of financial instruments
- Experience in team/project leadership and acting as point of contact for stakeholder
- Ability to multitask to effectively manage competing priorities and allocate tasks
- Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
- Successful team development and mentorship
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline

Technical Expertise
- Collaborating with Cross-functional teams
- Process automation and efficiency optimization
- Technical documentation, code review and implementation expertise
- Project tools: JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheets
- Systems: Microsoft Office, SmartStream TLM Recs Premium, BluePrism, SAP HANA, AWS
- Assets: Business Process Management, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation
