About the Role

We are looking for a Business Transformation Lead, to drive transformation initiatives within our People function. This role will focus on optimising People/HR systems, processes, and ways of working to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and align with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday, HR Systems, AI & Technology

- Lead the design, enhancement, and optimisation of Workday and other HRIS solutions to meet evolving business needs.

- Serve as a strategic link between the People Team, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring system capabilities support functional requirements.

- Analyse and streamline People/HR processes through automation, improved workflows, and self‑service utilisation.

- Oversee data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics, generating insights that drive strategic decision‑making.

- Support the rollout of new Workday modules, enhancements, system upgrades, and AI‑enabled solutions.

Business Transformation & Change Management

- Lead People/HR transformation projects, including process redesign, technology adoption, and workforce enablement.

- Partner with senior People/HR and business leaders to define strategic objectives and deliver innovative solutions.

- Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability.

- Support the transition towards a more digital, self‑service, and data‑driven People function.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

- Work closely with People team, IT, Finance, and other business teams to align technology with organisational goals.

- Provide training, guidance, and support to People team and employees on new systems and processes.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering strategic insights on HR transformation.

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience in business transformation, HR technology, or HR operations.

- Workday HCM certification, or experience supporting a Workday implementation.

- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday).

- Strong knowledge of People processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll.

- Experience in process improvement, automation, and system implementation.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.

- Expertise in Excel, data analysis, reporting, and people metrics to support strategic decision‑making.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Change management experience, with a track record of driving adoption and engagement.

Nice to have:

- Experience in agile methodologies and business transformation frameworks.

- Previous consulting or advisory experience in HR transformation projects.
