**Overview**
As a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator for our Mobile Hearing Division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include generating detailed reports and scheduling test appointments with existing clients. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage client accounts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-ups on inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Report Generation and Distribution**:
- Compile and analyze data from hearing tests and other relevant sources.
- Generate comprehensive reports summarizing test results and recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports.
- Distribute reports to clients in a timely manner, addressing any follow-up questions or concerns.
- Data entry.
**Appointment Scheduling**:
- Coordinate and schedule test appointments with existing clients.
- Manage the appointment calendar to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients.
- Handle rescheduling requests and cancellations professionally.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Dynamics 365, to track interactions and analyze client data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project management tasks related to client services.
- Analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
- Post secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and reporting software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
